Mynd Sauna Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is Mynd Limited (Promoter), a company incorporated in New Zealand.
1.2 For questions about this promotion, contact the Promoter via the contact details listed on the Promoter’s website.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open only to individuals who are New Zealand residents and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 The following people are not eligible to enter:
a. employees, directors and officers of the Promoter, and their immediate families;
b. the Promoter’s agents, contractors and anyone professionally connected with this promotion, and their immediate families.
2.3 By entering, each entrant confirms they are eligible to enter and win the Prize.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion starts at 12:00am NZDT on 1 October 2026 and ends at 11:59pm NZDT on 9 November 2026 (Promotion Period).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Free email entry — 10 entries
a. During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may receive ten (10) entries by submitting their email address through the Mynd Sauna Giveaway entry form.
b. Only one email-signup allocation of ten (10) entries is available per person.
c. Existing active Mynd email subscribers as at 12:00am NZDT on 1 October 2026 will automatically receive ten (10) entries and do not need to sign up again.
d. No purchase is required to enter through the email-signup route.
4.2 Purchase entries — $1 spent = 1 additional entry
a. During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants receive one (1) additional entry for every complete NZD $1 spent on eligible products purchased from the Promoter’s online store.
b. Purchase entries are calculated from the GST-inclusive product subtotal actually paid, after discounts and excluding shipping fees.
c. Purchases paid in whole or in part using a gift card are eligible for purchase entries. Purchasing a gift card itself does not generate entries.
d. Amounts below a complete NZD $1 do not generate an additional entry. For example, an eligible product subtotal of $100.99 receives 100 entries.
e. If an eligible purchase is refunded, cancelled, charged back, fraudulent or otherwise voided, the Promoter may cancel or adjust the corresponding entries.
f. There is no maximum number of purchase entries per person.
4.3 General entry conditions
a. Entries are linked to the email address supplied at signup or used for an eligible purchase. The Promoter may combine entries linked to the same person where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion.
b. Entries generated by automatic, robotic, fraudulent or similar means are prohibited and may be declared invalid.
c. All entries are deemed received at the time they are recorded in the Promoter’s systems.
d. There is no additional fee to enter this promotion beyond the normal purchase price of eligible goods and standard internet or mobile charges.
5. Prize
5.1 There is one (1) prize to be won.
5.2 The prize is one Alpine Saunas Oslo infrared indoor sauna, valued at NZD $3,295 including GST (Prize).
5.3 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
5.4 The Promoter will arrange and pay for one standard curbside delivery of the Prize to the winner’s nominated address in New Zealand. The Prize will not be delivered outside New Zealand.
5.5 Curbside delivery means delivery to the nearest safe and accessible point at the nominated address. Delivery personnel are not required to unpack the Prize, move it indoors, upstairs or through the property, or remove packaging.
5.6 The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for movement of the Prize from the delivery point, assembly, installation, electrical connection, site preparation, any required consents, and ongoing use and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
5.7 The Promoter is not responsible for assembling, installing or connecting the sauna.
5.8 If the stated Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
6. Draw and Winner Notification
6.1 The winner will be determined by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on 10 November 2026 at the Promoter’s office, using a method that produces a verifiably random result.
6.2 The Promoter may engage an independent third party to verify or conduct the draw.
6.3 The winner will be notified by email and/or SMS using the contact details associated with their winning entry within five (5) business days of the draw.
6.4 The Promoter may publicly announce the winner’s first name, initial of surname and city or region on the Promoter’s website, social media channels and/or email newsletter.
6.5 If, after making reasonable efforts, the Promoter cannot contact the winner, or the winner does not claim the Prize within ten (10) business days of the first notification, the Prize may be forfeited and the Promoter may conduct a redraw by random selection from the remaining valid entries.
6.6 The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of this promotion, including entry validity, draw procedure and winner determination, is final, subject to applicable law.
7. Verification and Disqualification
7.1 The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, New Zealand residency, proof of purchase and/or other information to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry and/or disqualify an entrant who:
a. tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process;
b. submits an entry that is incomplete or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
c. behaves in a fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or unsportsmanlike manner; or
d. provides false or misleading information.
7.3 The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or corrupted entries, or technical issues that prevent an entry from being received or properly recorded.
8. Privacy and Marketing
8.1 The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the Prize.
8.2 By submitting the email entry form, entrants agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Promoter. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
8.3 Unsubscribing from marketing communications will stop future marketing emails but will not affect competition entries already validly allocated, except where required by law.
8.4 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on the Promoter’s website, and the Privacy Act 2020.
8.5 Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information using the contact details on the Promoter’s website.
9. General
9.1 The promotion is conducted as a sales promotion lottery in accordance with the Gambling Act 2003 and is intended to comply with all applicable New Zealand laws, including the Fair Trading Act 1986.
9.2 The conditions of this promotion will not be changed once the Promotion Period has started, except where required or permitted by law.
9.3 If the promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including system failure, fraud, natural disaster or government action, the Promoter may cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion, subject to applicable law.
9.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law.
9.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or remedies an entrant may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
9.6 By entering this promotion, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions. The winner consents to the Promoter using their name, city or region, and photograph or image for reasonable promotional purposes without further payment, subject to applicable law.
9.7 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
9.8 If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
9.9 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
