1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is Mynd Limited (Promoter), a company incorporated in New Zealand.
1.2 For any questions about this promotion, contact the Promoter via the contact details listed on the Promoter’s website.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to people aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 The following are not eligible to enter:
a. employees, directors and officers of the Promoter, and their immediate families;
b. the Promoter’s agents, contractors and anyone professionally connected with this promotion, and their immediate families.
2.3 By entering, each entrant confirms they are eligible to enter and to win the prize.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The promotion starts at 12:00am NZDT on 31 December 2025 and ends at 11:59pm NZDT on 29 January 2026 (Promotion Period).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Purchase entries – $1 spent = 1 entry
a. During the Promotion Period, eligible customers will receive one (1) entry for every NZD $1.00 spent on eligible products purchased from the Promoter’s online store (Eligible Purchase).
b. Entry allocation will be calculated on the order subtotal for Eligible Purchases, excluding shipping fees, discounts, gift card purchases, returns and fraudulent transactions.
c. If an Eligible Purchase is refunded, cancelled or voided for any reason, the Promoter may cancel or adjust the corresponding entries.
4.2 General entry conditions
4.2.1 Entrants may receive entries under clauses 4.1 There is no maximum number of entries per person from Eligible Purchases.
4.2.2 There is no additional fee to enter this promotion other than the normal purchase price of the goods and any standard internet or mobile charges.
4.2.3 Entries generated by automatic, robotic or similar means are prohibited and may be declared invalid.
4.2.4 All entries are deemed to be received at the time they are recorded in the Promoter’s systems, not at the time the entrant completes the purchase or sign-up.
5. Prize
5.1 There is one (1) prize to be won.
5.2 The prize is a Weekend Getaway to Raglan (Prize).
5.3 The Prize is intended to be used by the winner at their discretion
5.4 The Prize:
a. is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part;
b. cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, promotion or discount
c. will expire if not used by 29 January 2027; and
5.5 The winner is solely responsible for:
a. any additional travel costs beyond the Prize value;
b. any taxes, charges, levies or other costs associated with using the Prize.
6. Draw and Winner Notification
6.1 The winner will be determined by a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on 5 February 2026 at the Promoter’s office (or another location nominated by the Promoter) using a method that produces a verifiably random result.
6.2 The Promoter may engage an independent third party to verify or conduct the draw.
6.3 The winner will be notified by email and/or SMS using the contact details associated with their winning entry within five (5) business days of the draw.
6.4 The Promoter may publicly announce the winner’s first name, initial of surname and city/region on the Promoter’s website, social media channels and/or email newsletter.
6.5 If, after making reasonable efforts, the Promoter cannot contact the winner, or the winner does not claim the Prize within 10 business days of the first notification, the Prize may be forfeited and the Promoter may conduct a re-draw by random selection from the remaining valid entries.
6.6 The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of this promotion (including entry validity, draw procedure and winner determination) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Verification and Disqualification
7.1 The Promoter may, at any time, request proof of identity, age, residency and/or proof of purchase to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry and/or disqualify any entrant who:
a. tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process;
b. submits an entry that is incomplete, indecipherable or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or
c. behaves in a fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
7.3 The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or corrupted entries or for any technical issues that may cause an entry not to be received or properly recorded.
8. Privacy
8.1 The Promoter collects personal information from entrants for the purposes of:
a. administering the promotion (including verifying entries and contacting the winner); and
b. where the entrant has opted in, sending marketing and promotional communications about the Promoter’s products and services.
8.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on the Promoter’s website and in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
8.3 Entrants can request access to, and correction of, their personal information by contacting the Promoter using the details on the Promoter’s website.
9. General
9.1 The promotion is conducted as a sales promotion scheme in accordance with the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003, and is intended to comply with all applicable New Zealand laws, including the Fair Trading Act 1986.
9.2 If this promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to pandemic, natural disaster, act of government, system failure or fraud), the Promoter may, subject to applicable laws, cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion.
9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or remedies an entrant may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
9.5 By entering this promotion, entrants:
a. accept these Terms and Conditions; and
b. if they are the winner, consent to the Promoter using their name, city/region and photograph or image for reasonable promotional purposes (including on the Promoter’s website, social media and marketing materials) without further payment, subject to applicable law.
9.6 If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
9.7 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
